This research was administered with the aim of investigating structural model of the relationship between social collective investment with affective collective investment and job performance among teachers. Method: Research method was correlation and research statistical population was the primary school teachers in Borkhar district in Isfahan city, among them two hundred and ninety persons were selected using simple random sampling. Research instrument were included social collective investment (Golparvar, 2017), affective collective investment (Golparvar, 2017) and job performance (Vigoda-Gadot et al, 2007). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results: Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between social collective investment with affective collective investment and job performance (p<0.01), and between affective collective investment with job performance (p<0.01). Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis indicated that affective collective investment is a complete mediator on the relationship between social collective investment and job performance. Conclusion: In general, the results of current research showed that trough social collective investment and affective collective investment we can enhance teachers’ job performance.}, keywords = {social collective investment,affective collective investment,job performance,Teachers}, title_fa = {مدلی نوین در‌باره نقش سرمایه‌‌گذاری نرم اجتماعی بر عملکرد معلمان: مطالعه موردی رابطه سرمایه-گذاری جمعی اجتماعی با سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی عاطفی و عملکرد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: نگاه سرمایه‌ای به ظرفیت‌های انسان، طی سال‌های اخیر همسو با گسترش رویکرد مثبت‌نگر در روان‌شناسی گسترش چشمگیری پیدا کرده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی الگوی ساختاری رابطه سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی اجتماعی با سرمایه گذاری جمعی عاطفی و عملکرد شغلی اجرا شد. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش را معلمان مقطع ابتدایی منطقه برخوار ‌در شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند که از بین آن‌ها دویست و نود نفر به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سرمایه گذاری جمعی‌ اجتماعی (گل‌پرور، 1396)، پرسشنامه سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی عاطفی (گل‌پرور، 1397) و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی (ویگوداگادت و همکاران، 2007) بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و الگو-سازی معادله ساختاری (SEM) تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی اجتماعی با سرمایه جمعی عاطفی و عملکرد شغلی و بین سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی عاطفی با عملکرد شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار (‌01/0p<)‌ وجود دارد. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل واسطه‌ای نشان داد که سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی عاطفی متغیر واسطه‌ای کامل در رابطه سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی اجتماعی با عملکرد شغلی است. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش در مجموع نشان می‌دهد که از طریق سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی اجتماعی و سرمایه-گذاری جمعی عاطفی می‌توان عملکرد شغلی معلمان را ارتقاء بخشید.}, keywords_fa = {سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی اجتماعی,سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی عاطفی,عملکرد شغلی,معلمان}, url = {https://www.socialpsychology.ir/article_80842.html}, eprint = {https://www.socialpsychology.ir/article_80842_aec27f7628ef767e5e0842f068c6f230.pdf} }
