چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه: معلمان در بسیاری مواقع نقش الگو را دارند. نظریه‌پردازان با انجام آزمایش‌های زیادی نشان داده‌اند که رفتار جامعه‌پسند از طریق قرار گرفتن در معرض الگوهای مناسب، تحت تأثیر قرار می‌گیرد. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل ارتباط پرخاشگری و دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی با رفتار جامعه‌پسند با نقش واسطه‌ای اعتماد اجتماعی در معلمان است.
روش: طرح پژوهش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی‌ معلمان شاغل در مدارس شهر سنندج در سال 1396 می‌باشد که تعداد 425 نفر شرکت‌کننده، به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، پرسشنامه‌های پرخاشگری (زاهدی‌فر، 1375)، دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی (محققی و همکاران، 1395)، مجموعه شخصیت جامعه‌پسند (پنر، 2002)، اعتماد اجتماعی (صفاری‌نیا و شریف، 1389) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های پژوهش با نرم‌افزار آماری AMOS و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی روابط بین متغیرهای مذکور از برازش قابل قبولی برخوردار است. ضرایب مسیر نشان دادند پرخاشگری و دیدگاه‌گیری اجتماعی هم به صورت مستقیم و هم به صورت غیرمستقیم از راه اعتماد اجتماعی با رفتار جامعه‌پسند در رابطه هستند. همچنین، تمامی فرضیه‌های پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثر معنادار پرخاشگری و دیدگاه گیری اجتماعی بر رفتار جامعه پسند و امکان دستکاری و آموزش این متغیرها، نتایج این مطالعه دارای کاربردهایی برای ارتقاء سلامت روان جامعه می باشد.

Abstract
Introduction: Teachers play the modeling role in many times. Many theorists have shown that prosocial behavior is affected by exposure to appropriate models. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between aggression and social perspective taking with prosocial behavior through the mediating role of social trust in teachers.
Method: The research design is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers working at schools in Sanandaj in 2017. in this study 425 techers were selected through categorical random sampling method. The participants completed the aggression (zahedifar, 1196), social perspective taking (mohaghegi and et al, 2016), pro-social behavior (penner, 2002), social trust(saffarinia and sharif, 2010) questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by AMOS software using path analysis method.
Results: The results showed that the final model has good fitness with the data. The path analysis model has determined that pro-social behavior is influenced by aggression and social perspective taking directly and indirectly through social trust. also, all research hypothesis are conformed.
Conclusion: Considering the significant effect of aggression and social perspective taking on pro-social behavior and the possibility of manipulation and training of these variables, the results of this study have implications for promoting community mental health.
