چکیده
مقدمه: نتایج تحقیقات نشان میدهد که رفتارهای منفی در محیط کار پیامدهای فردی و سازمانی متعددی را به دنبال دارد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطهی ادراک بیعدالتی سازمانی با بینزاکتی در محیط کار و با میانجیگری خشم انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعهی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیهی کارکنان اداره کل آموزشوپرورش استان اصفهان و نواحی ششگانهی آن به تعداد 862 نفر بودند که از بین آنها 218 نفر بهصورت طبقهای در دسترس (سهلالوصول) انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای تحقیق شامل پرسشنامهی ادراک بیعدالتی سازمانی نیهوف و مورمن (1993)، پرسشنامهی خشم در محیط کار ون الدران، میس و کومپرو (1997) و پرسشنامهی بینزاکتی در محیط کار بلو و اندرسون (2005) بود. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته است.

Structural Relationship between Perceived Organizational Injustice with Workplace Incivility: Mediating Role of Anger

Introduction: results of many conducted researches showed that, workplace negative behaviors has many personal and organizational concequences. Therefore, current research was carried out with the purpose of investigating the mediating role of anger on the relationship between perceived organizational injustice with workplace incivility.
Method: The statistical sample of this research consists of 265 employees of Isfahan main office of education and training and its six districts who were chosen by convenience sampling method from among the total of 862 employees. In this research a set of questionnaire consisting of organizational injustice by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), anger in workplace by Van Alderan, Miss and Kumpero (1997) and workplace incivility by Blue and Anderson (2005) were used. Data were analyzed by using of Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Structural Equation Model (SEM).
