Introduction: This research was carried out with the purpose of investigating the effect of attitude towards sexual harassment (overt, covert negative, and positive) on sexual harassment in the workplace considering the mediating role of intention to sexual harassment.Method: The design of the research was a correlational study. The population of the research was all the males banking organizations, stock exchange, and insurance offices in Tehran city from among them, 273 were selected based on the convenience sampling method. The research tools included sexual harassment questionnaire (Fitzgerald, Gelfand, & Drasgow, 1995) and a researcher-made questionnaire on attitude toward sexual harassment (Hosseini, Mehdad & Saffarinia, 2021) and intention to sexual harassment (Hosseini, Mehdad & saffarinia, 2021). Data were analyzed by using the Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling.Findings: results showed there was a significant positive relationship between positive attitudes towards sexual harassment and intention to sexual harassment and a significant negative relationship between overt and covert negative attitudes towards sexual harassment with an intention to sexual harassment (p≤0.05). Moreover, there was a significant positive relationship between covert negative attitudes and positive attitudes toward sexual harassment with sexual harassment. In addition, there was a significant positive relationship between intention to sexual harassment and sexual harassment (p≤0.05). Moreover, the results of structural equation modeling showed that the direct effect of positive attitude towards sexual harassment on intention to sexual harassment and intention to sexual harassment on sexual harassment was significant and results of indirect effects showed that only the indirect effect of positive attitude towards sexual harassment on sexual harassment is significant with mediating role of intention to sexual harassment (p≤0.05).Conclusion: It can be concluded that by increasing the positive attitude towards sexual harassment, the intention to sexual harassment increases and leads to sexual harassment. Therefore, to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, there is a need to change attitudes toward sexual harassment as well as organizational intervention to combat the conversion of intent to behavior.

Introduction: Socialism as a personality trait refers to presenting a desirable and pleasant image of oneself. Understanding the predictors of socialization leads to a better understanding of the factors that strengthen social interactions. This study aimed to predict Socialism based on social exchange styles and Parenting Styles in students. Method: The design of the present study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all students of the Graduate Center of Payame Noor University of Tehran In the 2020-2021 academic year. 200 students were selected by Purposive sampling. The Socialism Questionnaire Questionnaire (Penner, 2002), the Social Exchange Styles Scale (Leybman et all, 2011), and Parenting Styles Questionnaire (Baumrind, 1967) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Data were analyzed in Spss-24 software. Results: The results showed that fairness and overinvestment exchange style and Authoritative parenting style can significantly predict Socialism in students (p≤0.001). The results of the standardized regression coefficient also showed that justice with a standard beta of 0.35 has the highest predictive power. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, it can be said that fairness and overinvestment exchange style, and Authoritative parenting can explain and justify socialism and can be used to identify the underlying factors of socialization.

Introduction: According to research findings, universal vaccination is the way to fight the Covid-19 epidemic. However, many people in the community are reluctant to get vaccinated. The present study was designed to make and validate the vaccine attitude scale and its relationship with health anxiety.Method: The present study was a descriptive correlational study design performed on 320 Tehran residents through online calling. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha and exploratory factor analysis using 24Spss-software.Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated the existence of 5 factors as Social responsibility, Confidence, Constraints, Calculation and Risk-taking, which explain 60.9% of the total variance. Also, the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha indicates the optimal reliability for all reasons (α = 0.871), social responsibility factors (α = 0.832), Confidence factor (α = 0.697), Constraints factor (α =861/86), the profit and loss factor (α = 0.687) and the risk factor (α = 0.593). Standard scores were calculated, and the range of factor scores and the whole questionnaire was divided into medium, weak and strong domains based on standard scores. Conclusion: The present study showed that the tools required for adequacy design are necessary and can be used in future researches, and this control is sufficient to measure this structure in Iranian samples of reliability and validity. The present study showed that the designed tool is adequate and can be used in future research and this scale has sufficient reliability and validity to measure this structure in Iranian samples.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare CFT and DBT on aggression, self-harm behaviors and emotional self-regulation in Juvenile offenders. Methods: The method of this research was quasi-experimental Pretest Post-test Follow up(PPF) design with two groups. The population of this study included all clients living in Tehran Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center in 2019. The sample was 30 clients living in Tehran Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center. The self-report log of Klonsky and Glenn (2009) self-harming behaviors, Hofmann and Kashdan (2010), the affective style questionnaire and Bass and Perry aggression questionnaire (1992) were used; CFT program was conducted in 12 sessions of 90 minutes and one session per week. The DBT intervention program was performed in 12 sessions of 90 minutes and 1 session per week. Mixed analysis of variance with repeated measures was used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that Compassion- Focused Therapy and dialectical behavior therapy have consistently reduced aggression, but no difference was observed in the effectiveness of the two intervention methods. The results of this study also showed that compassion-based therapy has improved the intrapersonal and interpersonal functions of self-harm behaviors and the component of adaptation and tolerance of emotional self-regulation Discussion: although there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of the two methods, but CFT and DBT improves the function of self-harming behaviors, aggression and emotional regulation in adolescents. The. These results have many applications in planning to prevent harmful behaviors in adolescents, especially delinquent adolescents.

Introduction: Establishing social relations between individuals can have an impact on a person's life. Social communication refers to any interaction and exchange established by humans, such as the exchange of thoughts, ideas, feelings, facts, and so on.The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the scale of social exchange styles and personality traits in students in Tehran. Method: The present study population is students in Tehran. In this study, 419 people were selected by available non-random sampling method and answered the social exchange styles questionnaire (Liebman, 2011) and 123 people answered the short neo-form personality traits questionnaire (Costa and McCray, 1985). Results: The reliability of the items and the internal consistency of the scale and subscales of the structure were investigated. The reliability of the social exchange styles scale was obtained from Cronbach's alpha method 0.891 and also the validity of the exchange styles scale was obtained from the construct validity method by Forner and Locker methods. Also, using the structural model, the relationships between structures were causally examined. According to the results, a significant coefficient for the pursuit factor of 9.81, fairness 15.161, individualism 6.003, utilitarianism 32.916 and extreme investment 15.467 Has been reported (p <0.0001). Also, a structural model of direct relationship between the dimensions of social exchange styles and personality traits was presented. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the scale of social exchange styles has acceptable psychometric properties in the target community. Also, some exchange styles are related to some personality traits.

Introduction : The present study sought to investigate the effect of schema therapy on improving social adjustment and psychological capital in transsexual persons. Method: This was a semi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test of the control and experimental groups. The statistical population of this study was the transsexual persons (boy to girl) in Tehran; Available through sampling 40 people who visited the District 3 clinics and poly clinics for gender changing operation or in Student Park located in the district 11 of Tehran, voluntarily completed the questionnaire on social adjustment and psychological capital and then they were randomly assigned to the test and control group. The experimental group was subjected to schema therapy for 12 sessions, then responded to the questionnaires in both groups in the post-test. Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA) with repeated measurements. Results : The results showed that schema therapy improved social adjustment and psychological capital (sig= 0.000) in the experimental group and the post-test phase; Also, the comparison of the mean scores of pre-test-post-test of social adjustment and psychological capital showed a significant difference. Counclusion:Regarding the fact that schema therapy can improve social adjustment and psychological capital in transsexuals, it is better to use this treatment method in their treatment plans.

AbstractIntroduction: Teachers play the modeling role in many times. Many theorists have shown that prosocial behavior is affected by exposure to appropriate models. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between aggression and social perspective taking with prosocial behavior through the mediating role of social trust in teachers. Method: The research design is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers working at schools in Sanandaj in 2017. in this study 425 techers were selected through categorical random sampling method. The participants completed the aggression (zahedifar, 1196), social perspective taking (mohaghegi and et al, 2016), pro-social behavior (penner, 2002), social trust(saffarinia and sharif, 2010) questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by AMOS software using path analysis method. Results: The results showed that the final model has good fitness with the data. The path analysis model has determined that pro-social behavior is influenced by aggression and social perspective taking directly and indirectly through social trust. also, all research hypothesis are conformed. Conclusion: Considering the significant effect of aggression and social perspective taking on pro-social behavior and the possibility of manipulation and training of these variables, the results of this study have implications for promoting community mental health.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the intention towards fraudulent financial reporting and the role of monetary ethics and ethical obligation through mixed research method based on factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Method: This research was conducted using the Delphi method and the statistical community included accounting experts in the field of fraudulent financial reporting, selected on the basis of a criterion-based sample. In order to investigate the variables of the research, Ajzen behavioral intention Questionnaire (2006), Tang Money Ethics Questionnaire (1992) and Ajzen & Beck's Ethical obligation Questionnaire (1991) were used. Results: According to research findings, attitudes toward behavior, perceived behavioral control and monetary ethics have a positive and significant effect on the intention to provide fraudulent financial reporting. Also, ethical obligations have a negative and significant relationship with the intention to financial reporting being fraudulent. In addition, subjective norms do not have a significant effect on the intention. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that increased behavioral attitude, perceived behavioral control, and monetary ethics increase the intention to provide fraudulent financial reporting, and moral obligations reduce this intention.
