The statistical society included all students of the secondary high school in Shiraz city in the academic year of 2016-2017, together with their mothers. Participants were 508 students (257 girls and 251 boys) and their mothers were selected by cluster sampling method. Measurement tools included Meta-Emotion Philosophy Questionnaire (Evelyne, 2006) that have been completed by mothers, Guilt and Shame Proneness Scale (Cohen. etal, 2011) and Prosocial Tendencies Measures (Carlo & Randall, 2002) that have been completed by students. The data was analyezed by structural equation modeling applying AMOS software.
Results: The result showed that final model has a good fitness. Also, findings of research hypothesis analysis showed that mother’s emotional coaching has a direct and positive effect on the prosocial behavior and emotions of guilt and shame. Also, emotions of guilt and shame showed direct and positive effect on prosocial behaviors. Based on the findings of the research, emotions of guilt and shame had the mediating role in the relationship between mother’s emotional coaching and prosocial behavior. Abstract Introduction: Witnessing workplace incivility is a relatively new construct. The purpose of this study was designing and testing a model of some outcomes of witnessing workplace incivility
Method: Statistical population included all employees of National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC). From this population 221 employees were selected by stratified random sampling method. The instruments used in the study consisted of witnessing workplace incivility (Cortina et al., 2001), emotion regulation (Niven et al., 2011), negative affect (Watson et al., 1988), emotional exhaustion (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) Job satisfaction (Andrews and Whitey, 1976), work-job withdrawal (Hanisch & Hulin, 1990), and hostility ideation (Greenglass & Julkunen, 1989). The proposed model was analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with using SPSS-22 and AMOS-22 software packages.
Results: Results indicated that the proposed model fitted the data relatively proper. Better fit and more meaningful results were obtained by omitting one non-significant path (emotion regulation to emotional exhaustion) and using item parceling method. Findings also showed that witnessing workplace incivility had significant relationships with emotion regulation, negative affect, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, work-job withdrawal, and hostility ideation. The meditating role of emotion regulation and negative affect on the relationships of witnessing workplace incivility with emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, work-job withdrawal, and hostility ideation was confirmed.
Conclusion: based on the results regarding detrimental outcomes of witnessing workplace incivility, the managers should have specific attention to this issue.

Love from the perspective of sociology and humanities

Pages 55-82

Abstract Study of Love from the perspective psychology[D1] , sociology, philosophy, linguistics: The peresentation[D2]  of a combined theoryThe [D3] concept of love can be defined from a range of perspectives. Different fields of philosophy, psychology, sociology[D4]  and linguistics have focused on exploring this concept and this has led to a plethora of definitions. Like feelings, love can associate one to others who are intended in spite of the physical characteristics; therefore, it is governed by sociocultural dimensions. The concept of love and the experience of falling in love is under the influence of dominating discourse[D5]  of the[D6]  society and its social, cultural, political and economic circumstances in every particular period of time. Although love initially seems to be the most individual in feelings and compassion, it is fully affected by social circumstances. Taking into account love as agency[D7]  is of great importance. Considering the interaction between someone and the structure, the capacity of people to fall in love is analogous to a social trait. This study aims to explain love sociologically. Having reviewed the relevant texts and utilizing library research method as a background for empirical and survey evaluation of the issue, these researchers have embarked on analyzing the issue philosophically, psychologically, sociologically and linguistically. In social[D8]  analysis of love, the outlooks of people like Turner, Goode, Giddenz, b[D9] auman and[D10]  Iluves have been used. In linguistic and semiotics domains, the viewpoints of Roland Barths and Robert Sternberg have been applied in order to elaborate the conceptual reasons of love. The viewpoints of philosophers and psychologists are discussed at the end of this article.

Data were analyzed by SPSS version 20 software using Pearson correlation coefficient and univariate analysis of variance (in a factorial design 2 × 2).
Results: The findings indicated that there is no relation between the number of use hours of television channels located in out of country with each of marital satisfaction, marital adjustment and marital intimacy variables. However, when group contrasts (analyses of variance) were found, regardless of gender factor, the main effect of the use of satellites leads to a decrease in marital satisfaction (F= 4.316, P=0.039), marital adjustment (F=8.341, P=0.004) and marital intimacy (F= 5.780, P=0.017) in college students.
Conclusion: The use of television channels located in out of country threatens marital satisfaction, marital adjustment and marital intimacy of married college students and the Satellite audiences compared to those who do not use the satellite having less marital satisfaction, marital adjustment and marital intimacy.

Further, results of multiple regression showed the predictor variables jointly are able to explain the variance of readiness to addiction significantly, so that. The pro-social behavior with the higher amount of Beta (β=0.67) also was the best predictor of readiness to addiction.
