Introduction: social capital is a variety of resources that every individuals and groups has to communicate. These resources have an effective role in improving mental health by providing psychological and emotional support. Method: the present study aimed to compare the social capital and its components between girl and boy students of Tehran city. The population of this study is adolescents aged 12 to 18 in Tehran. The sample consists of 255 students including 109 girls and 146 boys selected by convenience sampling. The participants completed the social capital questionnaire adolescent students (SCQ-AS; Paiva, et al., 2014). This questionnaire was standardized and used for the first time in this study. In the standardized version of the questionnaire two-factor structure were obtained for Iranian teenagers. The distribution of social capital’s data was abnormal, so the Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics methods and U Mann-Whitney test. Findings: the levels of social capital and "social cohesion in school" were higher in girl adolescents. Although the boys have gained higher scores in "trust" subscale, but the scores between the two groups was not significant in this dimension. Result: Student’s sex is an effective factor in their levels of social capitalThe findings of this study can be useful for preparation of training packages for parents and teachers to promote mental health in adolescent students.

Introduction: Regarding the process of the younger college in Iran and the importance of quality of life structures, social adaptation, identity styles and social support in students as young and upper-class members of society the aims of this study was to model structural relationships between social support and identity styles with social adjustment and quality of life. Method: For this purpose 350 students of Tabriz University who were studying in the academic year 2015ad by multi-stage random cluster sampling method were selected. In order to the collect data quality of life questionnaire (Sf-36), Reynolds adolescent adjustment Inventory (RAAI), Berzonesky identity style questionnaire (ISI), and multi-dimensional perceived social support questionnaire (Mshpd apss) was used. Data were analyzed using SEM and Amos software. Results: The results of the research indicated that the conceptual model has appropriate fitness .there is a significant relationship between quality of life with components of identity styles and social support, also between social adjustment with components of identity styles and social support. Conclusion: The present model showed that research experimental dada can be covered somewhat with the social learning theory. Social support in all three indices family, friends and significant others as environmental factors play a direct role in shaping behavior and personal factors; styles identity as personal factors have a direct impact on social adjustment and quality of life; social adaptive or maladaptive behaviors also affective reciprocally on personal, environment factors and finally in the quality of life.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between cultural intelligence and social intelligence with decision making style of managers and employees of government departments of Babol city. Method: The research method is correlation based on Regression. The statistical population of this research includes 600 managers and employees of government departments of Babol in 2017. The sample size was selected by stratified random sampling method and based on Morgan's Morgan table 235 peaple. data were collected using of three questionnaires- Early and Ang cultural intelligence (2003); Tromso Silvera, Martin Yousen and Dahl Social Intelligence (2001) and Scott and Brose decision making style (1995). Results: The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between cultural intelligence (r = 0.179; p < 0.05) and social intelligence (r = 0.383; p < 0.05) with decision making style of managers. the average cultural intelligence (M > 60) and decision making style (M >75) of managers are higher than average, but the average social intelligence (M < 84) is lower than average. the results of simultaneous regression analysis showed that social intelligence and cultural intelligence can explain and predict %67 of decision makers' style, the highest of which is social intelligence with beta coefficient of 0.496. Conclusion: in a world with high and uncertainty, managers should pay special attention to cultural intelligence, social intelligence and its components to select the desired decision making style.

Objective: This study aimed developing a model of family resilience is done in accordance with Iranian culture. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted using the underlying approach. 23 couples were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling method and randomly from the list of persons willing to cooperate. and data were analyzed using semi-structured interviews and interactive to saturate the information was collected. MAXQDA10 software was used to analyze the data. Results: The 155 code was obtained in open coding axial coding based on the similarity in subject matter were placed in 20 categories. In the third stage or selective coding, family resilience was recognized as a central variable or original. Conclusion: The family resilienc can be a valuable concept mapping is to direct the full range of human services. In all efforts to help individuals, couples and families to cope and adapt to the hardships during the crisis takes place, a systematic view about resiliency is important.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of virtual social networks in predicting academic procrastination, loneliness and mental health in students.
Method: The statistical population consisted of all high school students of Qom that 334 people were selected by simple random sampling method. To gathering data, researcher made questionnaire of virtual social networks using, Sevari educational procrastination questionnaire, loneliness questionnaire (UCLA) and general health questionnaire were used. Regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient was performed for data analysis.
Results: The results showed that the use of virtual social networks can predict academic procrastination, loneliness and mental health in students. Also academic procrastination, loneliness and mental health have a significant positive relationship with using time of virtual social network.
Conclusion: Virtual social networks could be make some lives and psychological problems because of engaging its users.

Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy on social competence and emotional regulation in abused children.
Method: This study designed as a Semi experimental study with pretest-posttest and a control group. A total of 26 abused children were selected by accessible sampling among Welfare Organization centers in Ahwaz and randomly assigned to two experimental (13) and control groups (13). Social Competence Inventory devised by Parandin (2008), and Garonvski’s Emotional Regulation Inventory (2007) were conducted before and after training. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA.
Results: Social competence variable in experimental group was significantly increased (p= 0/001). Also emotion regulation in experimental group in compare with control group was significantly increased (p= 0/001).

Introduction: The aim of this resaerch was study of psychometric characteristics of internet privacy orientation scale.
Method: The study method was correlation that 400 students have been chosen as sample. The research instrument was multidimensional privacy orientation scale, Baruh, L., & Cemalcılar, Z. (2014). For analyzing data, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach`s alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis were used.
Results: Explanatory factor analysis showed that four factor structure of the questionnaire could explain 69.37 percent of total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis results shown that this scale indicates a good validity and reliability. And multidimensional privacy orientation scale model has good fitness and construct validity.
Conclusion: The results indicated that this scale has good psychometric characteristics and can be used in Iranian population.

Aim:The purpose of this study is to examine the interpersonal competencies in the organizational communication and identification of important components that effective it as well as determine the quality of interaction between these components by using interpretive structural modeling method. Method: This research is an applied and developmental as well as quantitative and qualitative Research sample were 17 people of organizational experts who were selected using snowball sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher made matrix questionnaire. Results: The results showed 13 important components that effective on interpersonal competencies were Empathy, Altercentrism, Self disclosure, Conflict Management, Interaction management, Supportiveness, Flexibility, assertiveness, Social Relaxation, Expressiveness, Immediacy, influencing others and goal orientation; that using interpretive structural modeling was placed at five different levels of interaction. Also, The Results showed that Based on analysis of power and dependence diagram, Immediacy, Social Relaxation, assertiveness, Expressiveness had more effective than other components on interpersonal competencies. After them, Empathy, Supportiveness, Altercentrism and Self disclosure which had taken place in linkage area were important components taht effecte on interpersonal competencies. Other components, were placed on dependent area. Conclusion: According to the results, we can say that the components of interpersonal competencies at different levels have effect together, and changes in the quality of each component cause changes in quality of other components at same level as well as the next level, And in turn cause changes in the quality of the organizational communication.

Aim: The current study was conducted by the aim of investigating the relationship between sympathy and empathy with the desire to spirituality in university students.
Method: Research method is descriptive correlational. The study sample is includes all students in psychology college in central Azad university of Tehran. The number of sample, based on Morgan table is 385 people (10 men and 283 woman) and the sampling method is available Data collection instrument includes self- report scale for sympathy of Rashton et al (1981), empathy scale of Mehrabian and Epstein (1972) and Robert Cloninger questionnaire for desire to spirituality (2003). Data analysis and statistical analysis were done by correlation and multi- variate regression.
Result: The findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between sympathy, the desire to spirituality (sig= 0.006, r= 0.139) and between empathy and the desire to spirituality (sig= 0.000, r= 0.412). All dimensions of empathy had a significant relationship with sympathy and the desire to spirituality variants. Regression coefficient also confirmed the relationship and indicated that sympathy can be a positive and significant prediction for the desire to spirituality. Additionally, empathy variant, the elements of cooperation empathy and empathy towards others can also significantly predict the desire to spirituality. In investigating the conceptual model of the research, the appropriateness indicates of the study and the relationship between variants were confirmed.
Conclusion: based on the findings, the increase in sympathy, empathy and the desire to spirituality among young people is a necessary issue and any kind of improvement in spirituality can lead to developments in emphatic values.

Introduction: This study aimed to examine the mediating role of cultural intelligence in the relationship between personality traits and social skills and academic achievement of students at Universities of Northern cities of Khuzestan. Method: The research methodology was descriptive and correlational through structural equation modeling (SEM) and the path analysis. Participants in the study were 375 from community of college students from the Universities of Northern cities of Khuzestan selected by multistage random sampling. Participants answered the Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire (Ang, et al., 2004), personality traits NEO (Costa and McCrae 1985) Mager social Skills (1972). For academic achievement their GPA was used. Data analysis was performed by using the statistical method of structural equations. Results: The findings showed personality traits of extraversion, openness to experience, and conscientiousness had indirect positive effect on social skills and academic achievement through cultural intelligence. Neuroticism had indirect negative effect on social skills and academic achievement. Conclusion: Therefore, educational systems such as universities should plan to promote students’ personality and cultural intelligence In order to increase their academic acheivement and social skills.. This can be done through conferences, seminars, workshops and plans such as cultural and scientific camping researche, competition and teamwork for university students.

Introduction: Effective coaching has positive influence on organization activities and due to establishing team and good relations among personnels in different levels. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of coaching process on personnel job self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Method: This research was kind of a semi-experimental study and was performed in a pretest-posttest-follow up design with control group. The research population was composed of all personnels of one of cultural offices in Karaj province in 1397 that 30 individuals selected by purposeful method and assigned randomly in experimental and control groups. Research tools included job self-efficacy questionnaire (Riggs & Knight, 1994), organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire (Oregan & Kanoski, 1996) and coaching model named GROW. For analyzing data was used of mixed variance analysis Results: The research results indicated that the job self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior and their components had significant increase in posttest (p < 0/001) in personnels. In addition, follow up analyses showed that these increases were stable during time. Conclusion: According to the research results, training of coaching courses is recommended for enhancing job self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior in personnels of offices and organzations in all Iran cities. AbstractIntroduction: Due to increasing natural disasters and its effects on society, emphasis is placed on the role of social factors in dealing with them; but research has not yet clearly elucidated these factors. The purpose of this study was to explore the process of utilization of social capital in resilience of Kermanshah earthquake survivors.Method: The approach of this research was qualitative (grounded theory). 27 Kermanshah earthquake survivors were studied through purposive sampling using in-depth interviews. The data were categorized into the main categories after collection, recording, and coding and analyzed using Corbin and Strauss coding techniquesResults: According to the results, the sense of responsibility was chosen as the main category. Cause condition was the respect and value and emotional support from relatives, family and friends. Extensive community networks were chosen as the ground conditions and support from other people as the intermediary conditions. The strategies were modeling, humor and employment and entertainment. Finally, unity and solidarity, participation and Cooperation, and Altruism were introduced as a consequence of this model.Conclusion: Given that social capital is one of the most important factors in Resilience of earthquake survivors and can be promoted, it is suggested that institutions and organization related to crisis should pay special attention to the proposed model.

Introduction: the materialism as an important subject among people, which occupies a central place in their life and expected to be the greatest source of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, defined (Belk, 1985). Also, Studies showed that the materialism has different psychological antecedents. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of self-esteem, personal sense of power, personal relative deprivation (PRD) and uncertainty (UC) in materialism of students. Method: The statistical population of this research includes all male and female students of the Tehran University of Ahwaz in the academic year 1396. From this community, 181 people were selected by available sampling method. This was a descriptive correlation study focused on the relationship between materialism and self-esteem, personal sense of power, personal relative deprivation, uncertainty among 181 male and female students of the University of Tehran via questionnaires of these variables. Results: The results of the variables correlation matrix revealed a positive and significant relationship between materialism and uncertainty (P=0.0285, sig=0.001); and personal relative deprivation (P=0.237, sig=0.001) at the 0.01 level. The results of regression also showed that the prediction of materialism based on the personal relative deprivation (B=0.244, t=2.08) and uncertainty (B=0.216, t=2.13) was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: Results showed that, materialism can be predicted on the base of UC and PRD variables in Iranian sample. Introduction: The capitalistic view at human capacities has expanded dramatically in recent years in line with the development of a positive approach to psychology. This research was administered with the aim of investigating structural model of the relationship between social collective investment with affective collective investment and job performance among teachers. Method: Research method was correlation and research statistical population was the primary school teachers in Borkhar district in Isfahan city, among them two hundred and ninety persons were selected using simple random sampling. Research instrument were included social collective investment (Golparvar, 2017), affective collective investment (Golparvar, 2017) and job performance (Vigoda-Gadot et al, 2007). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results: Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between social collective investment with affective collective investment and job performance (p<0.01), and between affective collective investment with job performance (p<0.01). Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis indicated that affective collective investment is a complete mediator on the relationship between social collective investment and job performance. Conclusion: In general, the results of current research showed that trough social collective investment and affective collective investment we can enhance teachers’ job performance.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social capital and psychological capital in predicting marital intimacy . The research method was descriptive correlational and predictive equation. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the couples referring to the medical centers of Rasht in the last two months of 1396 in approximately 300 individuals, of which 165 were sampled according to the Morgan table and available for sampling and Completed The Lutanese Psychological Capital Inventory (2007), Oniks and Bullen Social Capital (2000), and Thompson & Walker's Intimacy (2003). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results showed that between total score of social capital and subscales of participation in local community, social agency, feeling of security and trust, interactions with family and friends, tolerance of diversity, life value and occupational interactions; and between total psychological score and self-efficacy subscales, Hope, resiliency and optimism have a positive and significant relationship with couples' marital intimacy (P<0.05).

Predicting the components of love based on Myers-Briggs personality traits Amin Rafiepoor1, zahra sakeni *2 1. Abstract Introduction: Love experience comes from many personal factors. The present study aimed to predict the components of lovemaking based on Myers-Briggs personality traits. Method: A sample of 152 married students was selected using available sampling method and participated in this study. Participants were asked to complete the Myers-Briggs Personality Types Questionnaire and Sternberg Triangular Love Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. Results: The results of the research showed that there is a positive correlation between personality traits, extroversion with intimacy and judgment with commitment (P <0.01). Also, based on the results of the Myers / Briggs Personality Types, extroversion personality type is the only predictor of love, which explains 6% of its distribution (p <0.01). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that personality traits can predict love in individuals. Keywords: Love, Character, Myers-Briggs

Aime: The study aim of is investigating the relationship between the toxic leaders emotional exhaustion with the role of mediator of unethical behaviors based on organization silent has been accomplished. Method: The research method is descriptive-correlation. Statistical population of the study is includes all staff of Arak city service offices 27 offices and 120 employed. 101 people using Simple random sampling method was selected as a statistical sample. To collect the data, three standard questionnaires of toxic leadership (Hadavi nezhad & Rostaee, 2016), emotional exhaustion(Maslach & Jackson, 1981) and organizational silence(Dyne etal, 2003) were used. Result: The data collected using the Pearson correlation coefficient and structural modeling in statistical software LISREL, SPSS were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the relationship between toxic leadership and organizational silence with emotional exhaustion was positive and significant. The role of mediator of organizational silence in the relationship between toxic leadership and emotional exhaustion was positive and significant. Conclition: In order to reduce emotional exhaustion in employees, it has been necessary to reduce the Toxic behaviors in the leaders and the organizational silence in the staff.

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the relationship of emotional instability, pro-social behavior and aggression with addiction readiness of secondary High school boy students. Method: This study was a descriptive retrospective one with correlational design. The statistical population consisted of all secondary high school boy students (N=3000) in Quemshahr, out of which 382 students were selected by a random multi-stage cluster sampling, and were asked to fill in emotional instability (Barbareny et.al), pro-social behavior (Kaprar et.al) and aggression (bass and perry), readiness to addiction (Zargar et.al) questionnaires. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. Findings: The results showed that all of predictor variables have a significant role in readiness to addiction (P <0.001). Further, results of multiple regression showed the predictor variables jointly are able to explain the variance of readiness to addiction significantly, so that. The pro-social behavior with the higher amount of Beta (β=0.67) also was the best predictor of readiness to addiction. Conclusion: based on the results, the improvement of prosocial behavior, and reduction of emotional instability and aggression seem necessary.

Introduction: The purpose of this study is Prediction of Responsibility based on identity orientation and family function in adolescents.
Method: 300 girl students of Karaj city have been collected trough cluster random sampling method. In order to collect information in this research, students responsibility questionnaire and Berzonsky identity style inventory (ISI) and Bloom family functioning scale (FFS) have been used.
Results: The results showed that there is a positive significant relationship between responsibility and family function. In this case, the regression results distributed that 17 % of students responsibility can be predicted by family functions. Family functions in three subscales of family goal, organizing and religious emphasizes were significant. As such, there is a significant correlation between identity style and responsibility. Moreover, based on regression results committal identity style with 14% and in informational identity style with 2% had the most and the least prediction.
Conclusion: The results shown that family and adolescents identification have an important role on their responsibility formation.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived control behavior and bullying behavior, and study of mediating role of failure to satisfy psychological needs and anger between them.
Method: 480 subjects selected from Tehrans student by random cluster sampling. All subjects answered to failure to satisfy psychological needs (Bartholomew, 2011), perceived control behavior (Bartholomew, 2011) and anger-bullying (Bosworth, 1999) questionnaires. For analyzing data structural equation modeling with LISREL software was used.
Results: Results showed a direct effect of non-satisfaction of psychological needs on anger and bullying is a significant positive. Anger has positive and significant impact on bullying. Given the negative effect of condition, intimidation and control over the behavior of the non-satisfaction of psychological needs is positive and significant. But the effect of controlling praise/reward on the non-satisfaction of psychological needs is not significant. Indirect negative impact of contingent consideration, intimidation and control over anger and bullying behavior is positive and significant. Direct effect on bullying is positive and significant non-satisfaction of psychological needs.
Conclusions: Overall results of perceived control behavior to fulfill psychological needs of anger and violence underscored deals.

Introduction: The purpose of this study is analysis and comparison of self-concept in dream and actual self in different identity styles among female high school students.
Method: The study consists of two parts. The identity and self-concept data were gathered through surveys. In this regard, the Berzonsky Identity Style and Rogers Self-concept questionnaires have been used along with analysis of dream through content analysis and recent form (last dream form), examined by Damhaf. A total of 180 sample female high school students has been selected by multi stage cluster sampling. Collected data and essential information were analyzed using qualitative and inferential statistics methods. To examine the hypothesis of independent T and ANOVA, inferential statistics were used, while Hull / VnDyKsl system has been applied to study the last dream form.
Results: The findings indicated that among self-concept in dream traits, self negatively characteristic in both informative and diffuse / avoidant identity styles was significant (p= 0/01). But there was no significant difference in other self-concept among different identity styles.
Conclusion: The results showed importance of self-concept in formation of identity and had theoretical and practical applications in the field of self-concept and identity.
