The analysis of the status of social capital in every community is essential and important. Social capital is affected by social variables, such as justice and social norms in the community. Justice in the organization represents equality and protects ethical behavior in an organization. On the other hand, the normative rule among individuals can influence the way people interact. This research was aimed at investigating the effect of perceived organizational justice and organizational norms on social capital of teachers. For this purpose, 120 primary school teachers of Varamin city were selected by simple random sampling method and assigned to research groups. Measurement tools included viggnetts and social capital questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis with 95% confidence level. The results showed that perceived organizational justice and organizational norms affects structural and relational social capital of teachers. Given this conclusion, when teachers have a proper perception of organizational justice and organizational legitimacy, they show more social capital and thus become synergistic in their organization.

Intoduction: Personality traits have been always one of the most important predictors of consumer behavior, especially shopping-related behaviors so this predicts online shopping inclination based on personality characteristics. Method: This research was a descriptive correlational. The statistical population was all 18-year-olds who lived in Karaj city and among them (50 females - 50 males) selected by convenience sampling method. and answered to online shopping inclination scale and HEXACO personality questionnaire, then the collected Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multivariate regression method. Results: The results showed that extroversion and openness to experience, had a positive significant relationship with online shopping inclination and other traits had no significant relationship with online shopping inclination. Also, the results of multivariate regression analysis showed that extroversion and openness to experience can predict a total of 27% of online shopping inclination variances (P≤0.01). Conclusion: Regarding the relationship between personality traits and online shopping inclination, it is suggested that strategies tailored to personality traits be used for attracting online customers and increasing their willingness for shopping. Keywords: Online Shopping Inclination, Personality Traits, HEXACO Traits Model

Introduction: Problematic computer use is a growing social issue which is being debated worldwide. This study examined the prevalence of internet addition among Tabriz university students and its relationship with emotional and social feeling of loneliness. Method: 372 students of Tabriz University (200 male students and 172 female students) were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling. For gathering data, of Young internet addiction test (1998), loneliness questionnaire Woodworth (1986) emotional and social loneliness Russell questionnaire (1996) were utilized. Result: Data were analyzed by cluster analysis and MANOVA. The results of cluster analysis showed three clusters with mind (M= 21.6), moderate (M= 36.8) and severe (M= 47.8) degrees of internet addition. Also significant differences among 3 profiles were found in emotional loneliness [F (130/5, P≤ 0/001] and social isolation [F (123.45, P≤ 0/001]. Conclusion: Given the rising percentage of students suffer from Internet addiction and emotional-social isolation, it is therefore necessary to consider the phenomenon of Internet addiction as a psychological problem by cultural and educational planners and the family system. In order to prevent this phenomenon, it is necessary to provide the necessary knowledge at the community level about signs and symptoms of addiction to the Internet.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship of thin ideal internalization with body dissatisfaction with mediating role of social comparison. Method: 351 female undergraduate students of Kashan University who were selected by simple random sampling method participated in this research. In order to collect data the Iowa-Netherlands comparison orientation measure (INCOM), Physical Appearance Comparison Scale-Revised (PACS-R), Ideal Body Stereotype Scale-Revised (IBIS-R) and the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ) were used. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and SPSS-21 and AMOS-21 software packages. Results: The findings indicated that the model fitted the data relatively proper. Better fit and more meaningful results were obtained through correlating the errors of one path. The results also showed that there are significant relationships between the thin ideal internalization and social comparison (both general and appearance-related), and between social comparison (both general and appearance-related) and body dissatisfaction. The findings also supported the mediating role of appearance-related social comparison in the relationship of thin ideal internalization with body dissatisfaction. Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, considering the causal factors regarding thin ideal internalization and appearance-related social comparison could be beneficial in prevention of body dissatisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to predict social loneliness based on interpersonal sensitivity and social intelligence through self-critical mediation. The research design was correlation. The statistical population of this study was all of the students of Azad University of Tehran in 1397. The sample size of this study was 632 people who were selected by multistage cluster sampling. The Data collection tools were loneliness questionnaire (Russell, 1996), an interpersonal sensitivity questionnaire (Boyce & Popper, 1989), Social Intelligence Questionnaire (Tet, 2008) and Self-Critical Scale (Gilbert, Hampson, Miles & Irons, 2004. Data was analyzed with two SPSS and lisrel software. The data analysis method was structural equation modeling. The findings showed that the variables of self-critical and interpersonal sensitivity were significantly increased on these two constructs (T> 1.96). Self-critical effect on positive and significant social self-sufficiency, the effect of interpersonal sensitivity and social intelligence on social self sufficiency is negative and significant. Also, the effect of interpersonal sensitivity on positive and meaningful social loneliness and the effect of social intelligence on self-critical negativity and meaning. The effect of indirect structure of interpersonal sensitivity on social loneliness is positive and significant due to the self-critical variable, but the effect of indirect structure of social intelligence on loneliness is not critical and meaningful due to its own variable. The structural effects of the overall interpersonal sensitivity on social, positive and meaningful loneliness, and structural effects of the whole social intelligence on the loneliness of society are also negative and significant.

Objective: This study aimed Prediction of substance abuse tendency and Internet addiction based on perceived social support and stress coping styles by mediating emotional intelligence. Methods:The current study method was a correlation with a structural equation design. The study population included secondary school students in Tehran in the academic year 2018-2019. The sample size consisted of four hundred (400) students that based on the proposed method of Schumacher and Lomax (2004) was considered. Participants were selected by an accessible sampling method. Yung internet addiction questionnaire (1998), drug abuse (Farchad et al., 2006), emotional intelligence questionnaire based on Bradbury - Graves (2004), perceived social support developed by Zimet and colleagues (1988), The Lazarus and Folkman’ ways of coping questionnaire (1985) were completed by sample subjects. To test the hypothesis, the structural equations were used. Results: Findings suggest predictive variables of social support, stress coping strategies and emotional intelligence predict directly the tendency to drug abuse and internet addiction. Also, coping strategies and social support through emotional intelligence have a little meditative effect on the tendency to drug abuse but through the mediation have no significant effect on internet addiction.
