چکیده

مقدمه: بهزیستی روانشناختی از منظر روانشناسان اجتماعی نوعی احساس رضایت است. از آنجایی که بهزیستی روانشناختی پیامدهای روانشناختی مثبت زیادی به همراه دارد، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن بسیار حائز اهمیت است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ساختاری بهزیستی روانشناختی بر پایۀ اهمال کاری تحصیلی و نقش‌ واسطه ای شناور بودن، عواطف مثبت - منفی و رضایت از زندگی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ‏ دانش‌آموزان دبیرستان‌های شهر ری در سال 97-1396 بود که 464 نفر از ایشان به صورت خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس های بهزیستی روانشناختی (1989)، رضایت از زندگی (2001)، اهمال کاری (1390)، شناور بودن (2003) و مقیاس عواطف مثبت -منفی (1988) پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: از یافته های قابل توجه پژوهش حاضر می توان به تاثیر مستقیم و معنادار اهمال کاری تحصیلی بر رضایت از زندگی و عواطف مثبت و نیز نقش واسطه ای این دو متغیر در تاثیر بر بهزیستی روانشناختی اشاره کرد. در مجموع مدل پژوهش حاضر توانست 54 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی روانشناختی را تبیین کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطابق نتایج پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می شود، روانشناسان اجتماعی و تربیتی جهت ارتقاء بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش اهمال کاری تحصیلی بر اساس عواطف مثبت و رضایت از زندگی دانش آموزان، برنامه های آموزشی مناسبی تدوین نمایند.

Introduction: Psychological well-being is a sense of satisfaction from the perspective of social psychologists. Since psychological well-being has many positive psychological consequences, it is very important to study the fa Effect of Procrastination on Psychological Well Being: Mediating Role of Flow Experience, Positive-Negative Affective and Life Satisfaction well-being based on educational procrastination and mediator role of flow experience, positive-negative affective and life satisfaction.
Method: This study was a descriptive correlational of the structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of all high school students from city of Rey at year of 1396-1397 and participants were 464 students who were selected by clustering random sampling. The students were replied to psychological wellbeing (1989), Satisfaction with Life Scale (2001), Educational procrastination (2011), flow experience (2003) and positive-negative affective (1988) scales. Data were analyzed using partial least squares approach (PLS).
Results: Among the significant findings of this study, we can mention the direct effect of procrastination on life satisfaction and positive affection as well as the mediator roles of life satisfaction and positive affection on psychological well-being. In sum, the current model of the present study could explain 54% of the variance of psychological well-being.

Conclusion: According to results of this research, it is suggested that appropriate educational programs be developed by that social and educational psychologists to improve the psychological well-being and reduce procrastination based on positive emotions and satisfaction of students' life.
